Tosal de Molar is one of the most sought-after urbanizations of Altea and has very good access to the AP7 motorway and the N332 national road. It is also very close to the center of Altea la Vella with a good variety of quality restaurants, coffee shops, and other services. The beaches of Cap Negret and La Olla are the closest and the marinas of Porto Senso and Campomanes are very close apart of the marina of downtown Altea.
