One of our most favorite houses in Santa Clara. It is definitely one of the very view large finca villas build on a parcel of around the 5000m2 and it even offers some views to the sea from the terrace in front of the house and from certain areas on the 1st floor as well! This incredibly well maintained house is in an immaculate state and has a total built area of 654m2 and that includes the 122m2 solarium on the 1st floor. Groundfloor - Living floor: The house is basically distributed on the living floor level where you have a very large hall or entrance into the house of around 64m2 with two large stairways on each side of the building to the 1st floor. The entrance and living of the property are huge and very airy and paved with beautiful marble terracotta floors with a large white marble star insert at the entrance of the property. The living has again a large and wide fireplace of 4m wide. People can stay here away from the main house and have their own lives without disturbing the people in the main house. Pool area: The pool sits in the center of the house in the middle of the front terrace and is again large and has a shape of a clover with 3 leaves. Its a salt water pool with waterfall at the back. 2 large lions at each side protect unwanted intruders! From the terrace on the left side of the entrance you will find a BBQ and from that position you do enjoy some sea views, which is something you don't expect because the garden is very lush and green. Large bedrooms on the first floor: Going from the entrance, taking one of the large castle like stairs up to the 1st floor, we find 2 large 23m2+ bedrooms, again en-suite with gold plated tabs, marble tops and renewed showers and baths. Independent Yoga studio / third bedroom: Then we can cross the building to the other side through the side door of the 2nd bedroom and we arrive on a 122m2 solarium and it gives access to a 16m2 bedroom or function room, where you can do yoga or built a small gym. You may extend that space with a bathroom and or second bedroom. This part of the house is also suitable to extend with extra bedrooms and bathrooms, there is a project available which shows how you could potentially do that and gives a guideline what costs can be involved. Sauna building: When we leave the solarium via spiral stairs at the frontside of that part of the building, we arrive in a separate garden building which is equipped with a full size new sauna for the whole family, with showers, toilet and separate small kitchen. That building has a very cosy covered terrace overgrown with plants and again this is a joy to sit and relax after a good warm sauna! The garden & Garages: The garden is covered with special very durable golf grass and it has various large plants and trees from different parts of the world incorporated in the landscape.
