The spacious terraces to the front of the villa face the sea are fully equipped with an outdoor lounge area with capacity for around 12 guests.
In the centre of the main terrace there is a swimming pool and the outdoor BBQ area. The outdoor dining area boasts a large table where guests can enjoy a meal or enjoying the ambiance of the illuminated pool and terraces at night.
The garden consists of several terraces and paths that run throughout the property, with olive and fruit trees scattered among the Mediterranean plants.
The property is fully fenced and can be accessed via the automatic gate and the parking area can accommodate up to 8 or more cars.

Cala Yondal with some very nice beach bars like Tropicana, Yemanja and Blue Marlin are practically around the corner. The Tropicana is only 1 km away, so reachable on foot if you like a little stroll. The other beach clubs a little further away.
San José is just a 12-minute drive away for some shopping. Ibiza town is a 20-minute drive and the airport a mere 15 minutes. The popular beaches in the south such as Salinas and Es Cavallet are again just a little further away. You have to go around the airport and are on these 2 vast beaches within 25 minutes.
