In 2009, brothers Suren and Arman Yeghiazaryan created the first construction company dedicated exclusively to the construction of luxury homes. The then Galaxia XXI, later renamed Grupo Galaxia Development SL, consisted of a company focused solely on the construction of contemporary luxury homes in the province of Alicante, where it became one of the most important companies.
As a result of a solid and constant evolution, the demands of the clients themselves led to the need to expand the company's activity and as a result Luxinmo Real Estate, founded by Arman Yeghiazaryan, was born as part of the Galaxia Development SL Group. Using the extensive experience acquired over the years of working in the sector, as well as the extensive knowledge of the highest quality materials in construction, Luxinmo Real Estate managed to quickly position itself in the context of the real estate market; consolidating itself as one of the agencies whose catalogue of luxury homes stands out for its breadth and the sharpness of its selection criteria.
In 2017 we have invested in the design and development of our own market control software: Luxninmo Big Data "Real Estate Market Control", which allows us to accurately monitor each of the properties that appear on the market, to analyse their prices and competition.
Subsequently, we invested in the development of our internal software, in this case for the management of our own portfolio and customer management: "CRM Luxinmo". We continue to allocate part of our budget to R&D every year.
In 2019 the Luxinmo Exclusive Services service is created, dedicated to satisfy the needs of the most demanding clients who seek absolute confidentiality and in 2020, with the idea of expanding to other privileged locations, the company opens its second office in Sant Rafel De Sa Creu, Ibiza. In 2021 the first international office opens in Warsaw, Poland, in 2022 the offices in Jávea and Calpe. Currently Luxinmo Real Estate continues to grow and is looking for new markets for its next expansion.
