The urbanization is very central and nearby; Moraira & Javea, and approximately 6km from some of Costa Blanca's most fantastic beaches like Arenal playa. The distance to Teulada is approximately 3 km, but the center of Benitachell has all amenities such as supermarkets, shops, bars & restaurants, and this is +/- 3 minutes away. The urbanization has a very international population, and it has a lot of permanent residence in the winter. There are also no community fees at all, so that's a nice saving! Last but not least, if you like a bit of golf, Los Molinos is close to the Javea golf course as well.
